Pressed Moments ATL - Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pressed Moments ATL. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect in workmanship.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or design, you may do so within 60 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Customized or personalized items are also eligible for exchange only if they are defective or damaged.

Process:

1. Contact us at Hello@pressedmomentsatl.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return or exchange.

2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
